"The parking lot is small so , try to get a place by arriving not so late. We arrived very late , maybe 11pm - 12am , but SOMEONE left the key at the front desk with a note, we never saw anyone because we left the hotel very early in the morning, it was nice , we stayed at a basement room tho "

"The room was beautifully clean, as was the bathroom. Staff were most helpful, and the accessible room we booked had everything to help my husband feel safe. Temperature adjustment in the room was straightforward. "

"I received an email from the host with accurate check-in information 1 day prior to check in. The breakfast was very minimal with toast being the only hot food offered. The windows in the room opened, allowing a nice breeze. The bed was soft and moderately comfortable. The view of the Sterling streets was nice and the property is within a 15 minute walk of the sterling castle. Be advised of spiral staircases making it difficult to get luggage larger than carry-on size up to the room. "
