The higher rates at this hotel were aligned with the hotel's overall advanced/higher quality of experience. DEFINITELY. favorite parts: A genuinely Architecturally-historic/significant building (and furnishings). High-end bedding & mattress; Perfect night's sleep. "Great amenities, a little out of the way from central Florence but if you research a bit you will know this. Amenities and stay wise… zero complaints! TV situation (which I’m seeing is a thing) wasn’t the greatest only because you will need an hmdi to watch anything other than local tv, but still doesn’t take away from the stay. One word… Perfecto!"

"The first thing that stood out to me was the employees at the front desk. They were very, very good at their job jobs. Very kind very helpful and informative. As we are not from Italy, we are from America and needed guidance in a lot of areas. they were very helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and tidy and comfortable, and the hotel itself was beautifully designed location is great close by restaurants and coffee shops in an excellent workout/gym facility. Also a hair salon close by and ample parking. "
