"The location is a long way from the centre, I booked a single room which was very small and with one available electrical socket in the bedroom. Some of the lights didn’t work. It was functionally usable in the way an Ibis is but billed as a 5 star."

"everything was wonderful. thank you"

"Great location, good value for money. Excellent location, easy to get everywhere from here. The shower is ok (on the length rather than big) but it was fine. Breakfast has plenty of choice, I didn't love everything on offer and the quality could be better, but it does the job. Overall, really good value for money and a solid base for the city."

Klare Empfehlung!"

"The room was cleaned daily which we appreciated! The location of the hotel is a bit sketchy especially at night. The main elevator was not working so we had to access the service elevator which was very tight. Communication from the staff was poor. For example, when the actual elevator for guests was operational we were not informed. We has issues with our safe in the room. When we reported this, somebody came to "fix" it but it was still not working. We reported a second time and their...

"Loud noise in the room at night like a car alarm coming from the hotel air conditioning unit. Reception staff couldn’t move me to a different room as the hotel was full and just shrugged. Next morning a different receptionist told me check out time was earlier than the time my Expedia booking clearly stated. She was incredibly rude and unfriendly. Poor breakfast, dirty cups, no tea, smelly bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room was quite spacious - those were the only positives."

"Nice place 😊"

"The reception are and the room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable."

"The breakfast buffet was excellent, and Nikos was the best! He was always attentive to detail and made sure everything was perfect. However, at checkout, we asked if we could have an extra hour before leaving, and they asked for our credit card details so they could charge us an additional fee for that one extra hour. This was disappointing, especially after staying for five nights."

"Fabulous upmarket hotel in an excellent location for exploring Thessaloniki. Room was well appointed, beds comfy, bathroom incredible and huge. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent - huge selection and all fresh and tasty including items cooked to order. Recommend for a stay in Thessaloniki"
