"Fabulous location in walking distance of so much. Hospitality of the staff, especially the lady that checked us in, was exceptional. Will definitely stay here again during future visits."

"The only thing I didn’t like was the check in coz we arrived early around 11:30am so we left our luggage & requested for our rooms to be close to each other. However when we came back to check in one room is still dirty & this is around 6:40-7 pm. The front desk staff said their short staff do we have yo wait. The check in time is supposed yo be 4:00 pm. We waited patiently but I think that needs to be improved. We’re so tired that day being the flight started at 6:30 am & we’ve been up the whole day. One staff I remember was nice Jason, the rest on the fromt desk needs to improve their skills in dealing with people. Alittle smile or accomodating gestures like offering water etc."

"Breakfast was good. Didn’t appreciate all the bird poop on the window and ledge outside it. Made for a poor view. "

"I was in town for a conference and couldn’t be happier with my choice. The room was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. Stayed in a single king room which had plenty of storage and modern, comfortable furniture. "

"Clean, well maintained. Just 2 gripes: the breakfast buffet, which was fine in itself, only had all disposable plates, cups, and utensils. I know this is much easier for the hotel, but it does generate a lot of trash. Other complaint is that electric vehicle charging was listed as an amenity. Got there and was told it is tesla only. I asked if it was DC, a super charger, or not, and was just given a vague answer. The staff only seemed to have a vague awareness of electric car charging. It's not that complicated, they should fully understand all offered amenities."

"There seem to be 2 sides to the property. We were upgraded to a wonderful King bedroom suite! It was great!! Staff was super helpful and the cookies were great"

"I loved this place. Location to downtown was great. Free parking ($50 and up elsewhere) this hotel is old and quirky and I like that. The staff were nice and very personable. But the cleanliness was poor. Would be cool place if it were crisp and clean. Would not stay here again. "
