"We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. "

Parking, which you need to do after checking was $35.00 and very tight but secure and easy access to my room.
Room and bathroom area were clean and comfortable.
Would stay here again."

"It was a really nice property! The hotel felt very safe and even with a live music venue right underneath it was not too loud at all. With the tv on you didn’t even know they were there, and it was done by like 10:30. They had coffee, tea, water, ice, and even free candy. It was a very nice stay and we would absolutely stay here again"
"Nice and clean studio-like apt with everything you might need. This place is close to so many local restaurants and shops and it was very walkable and easy to navigate. Host was very communicative and easy to reach. Had a wonderful time here :)! Would definitely stay here again."
"awesome two room bottom floor, comfy beds! very clean and organized. you have primary parking at the house just in case you don’t feel comfortable parking in the street. everything is short driving distance. "
