The front desk staff was outstanding. I would have to point out Lionell ( sorry if spelled incorrectly) especially for his understanding and aim to please. Our accommodations were excellent. Holiday Inn Express State College at Williamsburg Square by IHG
Breakfast looked nice. Bacon and eggs were warm at best. Omelette appeared brown. Cup in room wrapped in plastic and the plastic was covered with a rainbow of mold. When presented to the night clerk the mold was not acknowledged.
