"My husband and I have stayed multiple times at Hyatt place in state college. This time we had a few issues. When we closed the bathroom door it locked on the inside and we could not get in. We realized it was locked at 3 in the morning when we needed to use the bathroom. The front desk staff was unable to open the door. My husband went out to his car and got a screwdriver and was able to open the door. Also, we were given a parking pass to park in the parking garage When we tried to use it. It did not work and we were charged $33 to park. Definitely inconvenienced during our stay. Just a little disappointed."

"Honestly the staff was great. I called last minute to discuss a late check in and the front desk people fixed some booking stuff I didn’t think about changing because of a mistake I made and they fixed it and made it so easy. They were really kind. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was a great stay. "
