"We did not have our room cleaned! We did receive fresh towels from the front desk after complaining that pir room had not been cleaned. Breakfast was mediocre and the air conditioning worked well. The window screen did not work and had to manually move it to see outside! Would not recommend this property."

"The staff was terrible. The front desk person (we did not know she was the check in person) was outside when we arrived and saw us unloading our baggage. instead of going inside to check us in, she stayed outside and made us wait for 10-15 minutes wondering where the check in person was. When I went outside to ask her where the check in person was, she said she was the one and said she was on her way inside. When I asked her why she didn't come in to check us in when she saw us arriving, she gave a very non-caring excuse. In addition, the included breakfast was a joke including nothing to drink if you don't like coffee. I will never stay at one of these Extended Stay America places again."

"Had the worst room in the house, by the elevator and fitness room on 1st floor where EVERYONE in the hotel passed by. Literally everyone had to pass this room to access other rooms. BUT - Staff was accommodating in changing room for second night. Overall experience, meh, would NOT recommend. "

"Was not allowed to check in and they still charged me the room fee for the night. I booked for my daughter and she was denied access to the room. She was told that we were going to get a full refund, but the claim was denied. I’m not sure if this was Expedia or LivAway. I was charged the room fee for the night even though, LivAway denied access to the room. I’m attaching all the receipts."
