The hotel was updated, clean and everything was in working order. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful but had trouble restocking towels in a timely manner however when we really needed them they were delivered but took a while. They were out of a few breakfast items and when asked the staff seemed irritated and disinterested in helping. Overall the hotel was beautiful and comfortable and we’d definitely stay there again.

SO thankful for this hotel! After trying a different hotel out the first night, that was much less expensive, I realized that was a huge mistake. When coming here it was a BIG RELIEF! Staff were all. Polite. Our room was a double bed with a good out couch. It was HUGE. The beds were comfy. We all enjoyed it so nothing bad to say about this property. The breakfast was fine, we all found something to eat at it. The biscuits were really good. There was also a water bottle going station that I used a lot. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean but you can tell where they had to fill in paint in places and the tv wasn’t working. The plugs were overloaded the tv would turn off when we would plug our phone up to charge on the same wall but a different outlet. The first room I was in a quarter of the tv had a permanent blue hue so I asked to have the tv swapped out, at first they said no problem, then stated they were getting new tv’s in the rooms by the end of the week. I asked to be switched to a room with a working TV. They switched me to a double queen room, no problem. The bed closest to the tv had a mattress protector on it and I sweat really bad because of it. I switched to the other bed and woke up the next morning covered in itchy red bumps! I immediately addressed the issue with the staff who moved me back to a king room with a blue tv. Staff claimed to have had a company come check the room for “activity” and allegedly found none. I’m literally covered in bed bug bites from the middle of my abdomen to my ankles. The second room works not lock from the interior by the latch, only the dead bolt. The main floor men’s bathroom soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser did not work also. I’ve never been so disappointed by a hotel in my life!
