Very conveniently located. Comfortable. If an extended stay and cooking preferred to having every meal in the excellent selection of nearby restaurants, the kitchen is well equipped. Nice rooftop with complimentary glass of beer/wine and spectacular view Friday and Saturday nights. Not much competition from other hotels in the immediate area, so quite pricey.

Clean, spacious rooms. The lobby, rec room, and dining area have been updated and are clean and lovely. The morning breakfast was a very nice convenience. The front desk staff was not rude but did the bare minimum. Didn't tell us to register our vehicle to park (even though they asked if we were parking with them) & we got a note on our windshield in the morning. Other minor examples, too, of not really being in the "helpful host" mode. Not a huge issue and would stay here again.

Nothing worked, extremely frustrated

Was only there for short stay but hotel lost power one night for 12 hours and offered nothing to help other than to go to their bar ($10 Heinekens for anyone interested). Shocking there was no generator to keep the power going for the rooms (there was no bad weather). The internet and TV were also out for my entire stay. Extremely disappointed in this new-ish hotel for having so many failures. I cannot recommend to anyone and am frustrated there’s been no effort to provide credit for the hotel barely working during our stay. Rooms were not cheap! Stay elsewhere in Norwalk

This is a very nice property, with a comfortable room and common areas. We were, however in a room directly below a long-term guest who stays here. We were woken at 3:30 am by loud music and movement in the room above us. We contacted the front desk 3 times and they told us they asked him to turn the music down, but he did not comply. Things finally quieted down around 7am - but we lost out on a good night’s sleep - for $235.

My room was clean and spacious but the outside noise was very loud. I had difficulty finding the entrance to the parking lot and there is not enough parking. My room keys were not activated for the parking garage.
