"We're repeat guests and my only complaint is about the laundry facilities. It requires $5 in quarters to wash and dry a load, so if you don't have cash, you have to walk down to the corner store, get cash from the ATM there, come back to the front desk and have them change it into quarters. Theres no way to have laundry fees billed to your room or use a credit card. Who actually carries cash these days, especially 20 large coins??

"This hotel was very conveniently located to the Hartford healthcare Amphitheater 7 minutes down the road on Interstate 95. The room was spacious and included a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge/freezer combo. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows, The entire room was very clean.
