"From the moment we arrived, we were well taken care of. Upon check-in, we were taken to our room and shown around. We were also informed of a festival in town, which turned out to be the highlight of the trip. In our room was a hand-written note and breakfast the next morning was served with a smile and a wonderful conversation. Details are key here and we could not be happier we chose Paul Wiesinger to celebrate my husband's birthday. We hope to be back soon."

"The property is so incredible we extended after being onsite about an hour. Spa facilities, food, rooms, customer service, presentation and attention to detail was exemplary. We elected for half board and it was incredible and great value. Cannot wait to return. "

The hotel is run by an incredible family that transmits professionalism and stories that make you live the history of the place. And they are very involved making the guests feel comfortable. "The family and staff of Rainelle are so welcoming and delightful. The Silent Room with the incredible view of the mountains was a special experience that sets this hotel above the rest. The rooms are especially large and comfortable. There is a taxi stand in town that we took one evening after dinner since the bus had stopped running, to avoid the long walk up the hill. We walked the hill twice and it is challenging but totally doable if you are in decent shape. We are in our early 60s and in the area to hike so it didn't bother us too much."

"Easily the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Five stars means five stars here. The staff are on hand for everything you could ever need and more. Rooms are huge and spacious, breakfast is plentiful, and the shuttle service is a huge help. Had the most incredible stay - not a single thing to fault!"
