"The property was very clean, we checked in around 4pm the staff was very professional took less than 5min to check, arrived at the room and it was very clean and we had a balcony with a great view"

"Stayed there and room was quite clean and good approachable location. Staff was humble and check in and out was smooth"

"Although Expedia has this property listed, it is not a hotel, you will not be able to access the basic service that any hotel would provide. Be aware that after you have booked this property you will find there is no baggage storage after checkout. The guest will have to drag their suitcase to every event they have planned for the day in Toronto, so in a way major way it was waste of money to stay here"
