"The property is in an amazing location for downtown St Pete and the pier. The room are nice in size, and the property is very well kept. However, the shower floors need a little TLC. The management was very professional and accommodated us with a room change."

"The young lady in charge at the front desk was the absolute GREATEST in customer service skills. The rooms are extremely spacious and in my opinion nicer then a Hilton. Oh, and the the GREATEST part of the entire stay was the Breakfast. It was a 4 Star Breakfast that I still can't believe comes free with the room. I will not stay ANYWHERE ELSE accept here when coming into town."

"This has been the best accommodations I have ever had in my life. The staff was stellar!! So many people to thank for treating us like Royalty. James has a special place in my heart. He was kind, respectful, caring, helpfu. His work ethic beyond 5⭐️. You would see him everywhere. Helping at the desk, mopping floors, taking garbage out, he was our driver on many shuttle rides and he was so courteous to every passenger. Always had greeted us at every corner. He is a great asset to this company. Every staff member was so pleasant. There are so many that made our experience incredible. Just to mention a few. Emily was all amazing and helpful, Patricia, Rose, Robert, Julia, Miranda, Cindy, Kevin, Carlos, maintenance man and many, many more. I felt like we were part of a family. The breakfast was even better than expected. Eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, sweet rolls, sausage gravy and biscuits, cereal, toast, bagels, fruit. The fitness exercise room we used regularly. The pool and hot tub area was amazing. The shuttle we used regularly which takes you to 5 mile radius. I recommend the John’s Pass beach and boardwalk. This has been an exceptional experience and a all star staff:)! Thank you for making this the most memorable vacation ever."
