"The room was very dirty. The floors weren’t cleaned, as in not vacuumed or mopped. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet had pee stains all over the bottom so I had to ask housekeeping to clean it. The towels all had stains. The toilets wouldn’t flush and the shower took forever to drain."
