"Two guys at the front desk were helpful to me. What I didn’t like was the food was overpriced and not good. They were out of items I wanted and this was in the morning. At check-in they wanted my a card to put on file and they said they would charge it. I looked at the account a little later and they charged it $100. At checkout I asked them about it they told me the money will be put back on my card 3-4 days. So you take money in minutes but it takes 3-4 days to replace it. Doesn’t make sense...

"Very unhappy with management! I booked on 7/4/26 because my family lost power and it was during a heat wave. I expected fully air conditioned rooms at the hotel but was left with 2 rooms that did not have functioning ac units. My children and I were hot the entire night. "We were traveling with my elderly mother and had requested a room near elevators. Because our flight was delayed, we checked in rather late. Anu, at concierge, was amazing. She assured us our room was ready for us, with a perfect location near handicapped parking and exterior doors. She also upgraded us which made our stay perfect. "AC did not work, elevator only worked going down, not up to the floor room was on. Phones did not work. Calling phone line from cellphone also did not work. Breakfast was not good. "I asked the night manager for a pillow because the King bed only came with three pillows his answer was I had to wait til the morning for room service. I never heard that before. The next day I get back to my room and the pillow was never left behind by room service. I went to the manager to address the issue again. This time he was able to get me a pillow, not sure why he couldn’t do this the first night. I had to sleep uncomfortable the first night."
