"Two guys at the front desk were helpful to me. What I didn’t like was the food was overpriced and not good. They were out of items I wanted and this was in the morning. At check-in they wanted my a card to put on file and they said they would charge it. I looked at the account a little later and they charged it $100. At checkout I asked them about it they told me the money will be put back on my card 3-4 days. So you take money in minutes but it takes 3-4 days to replace it. Doesn’t make sense...

"Very unhappy with management! I booked on 7/4/26 because my family lost power and it was during a heat wave. I expected fully air conditioned rooms at the hotel but was left with 2 rooms that did not have functioning ac units. My children and I were hot the entire night. "We were traveling with my elderly mother and had requested a room near elevators. Because our flight was delayed, we checked in rather late. Anu, at concierge, was amazing. She assured us our room was ready for us, with a perfect location near handicapped parking and exterior doors. She also upgraded us which made our stay perfect. The place has Great morning breakfast, located for easy off/on roads and near Wegmans! Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Overall I would return to this...

"I don’t think I would stay at this hotel again. The only reason I would come back is for the attached Fat Cactus restaurant—the food was excellent. One of the biggest disappointments was the pool. We chose this hotel specifically because of it, but after it rained, the pool was closed and we weren’t allowed back in. We were also required to wear bracelets to access the pool, which felt unnecessary. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."
