"Esperienza più che positiva. Tutto perfetto, proprietaria gentilissima, pulizia ottima, colazione abbondante con buoni dolci casalinghi e location immersa nel verde a due passi dalla bellissima Spello !!! Consigliatissima x rilassarsi e rigenerarsi....speriamo di riuscire a tornare in moto x trascorrere qualche giorno in tranquillità nella splendida Umbria !!!"

"This time we stayed three nights in Villa Mustafà. The location was ideal to explore Assisi, Perugia and Monte Falco. This is absolutely one of our favourite places to stay in the whole of Italy. The host Paola provides an absolutely delicious breakfast with home grown produce. When we arrived, Monte Falco was busy with a 'spectacolo' dance event and the town was very busy but Paola helpfully called to make a restaurant reservation. "

"Prima volta in questo albergo. Indirizzo non facilissimo da raggiungere causa lavori in corso nelle strade circostanti e segnaletica insufficiente. Location molto bella. Struttura anche molto bella e molto curata. Personale cordiale e molto professionale, efficientissimo. Ristorante con menu forse un pochino limitato ma comunque appropriato: piatti molto curati, per una cucina davvero di alto livello. Anche la carta dei vini molto curata. Ottima e varia l'offerta per la prima colazione. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in Assisi and this property was centrally located to all of the churches, restaurants and shops. Just across the square was San Rufino church, which we attended several times. Our room was on the 5th floor, no elevator, but overlooked the square with an excellent coffee shop right next door. There was no parking adjacent the property, but was a short walk, except for the 165 steps up the hill. All said and done it was wonderful!!!!"

"Mariella, thank you for being such a wonderful host! We called Mariella a few hours before arrival to let her know when we would arrive. Once we got to our location (very peaceful and beautiful countryside property), we drove through the automated gate, and Mariella met us at our car. Check in was very quick, we were shown our room which is found in a beautiful house, where everything is new and very clean! We were given our room keys and keys to the gate. "Well, all I can share is, that it’s the best place I’ve been so far in Italy, considering I’m on a budget. Super friendly staff and excellent and clean place.
