"This stay felt like a three‑star experience at best when compared to hotels in North America or Southeast Asia. The floors looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks, and the room had an unpleasant smell. There was only one coffee cup in the coffee bar area, no spoons, and we were expected to use a chopstick as a stir stick. "The room was very clean and all the staffs were absolutely wonderful including Kapil, Nagesh, Tambe and all the housekeeping team. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Imran and Guneet are wonderful hosts and the decor was done beautifully by Guneet. The place is a little gem in Dadar and it is very hard to find such a place anywhere else. Would absolutely love to come back in future."

"Terrible. We were booked to outdated rooms while our friends had the newly renovated suites which were way nicer. Room had a strong stench of paint that could not be aired out. The hotel was undergoing renovations way outside the communicated hours both in the morning and evening. I would recommend this hotel once the renovations have been completed, not before. Hotel management not accommodating given the inconvenience experienced."

"Clean room great staff very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was lovely lots of variety and friendly staff. Thank you to the night staff for helping me get a train ticket another guest was kind enough to purchase it and I was able to pay them back. The location is good not too far from main tourist sites and travel is cheap. "

"The lady at Check in was terrible 😢 and rude. The worst part was when I was going out for coffee and gave her the room keys, her reaction are you checking out. I said NO, will be back. Then she repeatedly called to know if I have checked out and will come back. I did call her back and let her know that now I am definitely not coming back. The rooms were ok. But nothing GOOD. Thank you !!"
