"Room felt claustrophobic. You had to walk through the shower to get to the toilet. I would say this is a 2* hotel. As a 2* it is a good place to stay for a budget traveler as they give a good breakfast. We had booked for 5 nights but left after 1st night as we were not able to stay there. Even though we let the hitel know if our discomfort at 7.00 am next morning they still charged us for the next night. We had checked in at 2.00 am "

"The room was given to us as a family room, but after the extra bed that was added for my son, there was hardly any room to walk around. We had to get the extra bed changed as the mattress spring was poking through the mattress. The staff was friendly and efficient, as they changed the bed when requested."

"The lady at Check in was terrible 😢 and rude. The worst part was when I was going out for coffee and gave her the room keys, her reaction are you checking out. I said NO, will be back. Then she repeatedly called to know if I have checked out and will come back. I did call her back and let her know that now I am definitely not coming back. The rooms were ok. But nothing GOOD. Thank you !!"

"Nice hotel and good staff. Some small issues affected the stay: jacuzzi wasn't working, bathroom had a bad smell, no hair dryer to be found, bathroom shower gel was empty, and three calls to reception to resolve went unanswered. Room was on the railway side and loud noises of train horns in the early morning. "

"Very nice relatively new boutique hotel. We have been looking out for a such an option in this area for many years and can now say that we have found one. The rooms are very nicely designed and clean, staff is courteous and personable. Terttulia has always been a favorite restaurant of ours. One suggestions I would make is to have additional breakfast menu items for long stays. Will certainly stay here again during next visit when we would like to see few minor improvements like shower temperature. Overall a wonderful experience "

"Terrible. We were booked to outdated rooms while our friends had the newly renovated suites which were way nicer. Room had a strong stench of paint that could not be aired out. The hotel was undergoing renovations way outside the communicated hours both in the morning and evening. I would recommend this hotel once the renovations have been completed, not before. Hotel management not accommodating given the inconvenience experienced."
