Air conditioning not working but management was prompt and very professional and quick to move us to another room. Second room air didn’t work initially and the carpet was stained and unclean. However the staff was amazing and super helpful. The staff is only reason we stayed.

21C Museum Hotel St Louis
Our room was very dirty. The bath tub had hair leftover from someone shaving and the bathroom floor was disgusting. Clayton Plaza Hotel & Extended Stay
It is great hotel and location for the price. On one occasion, staff had a bit of an attitude at the front desk and acted like they were doing me a favor by checking me in- also did not respond to “thank you”. The rest of the team were nice!
