Title of review: "Worst Western." This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had in my life. First, the AC in our room was broken, and it was 80 degrees in the room. Second, the bathroom sink was completely clogged. Third, there was no shower curtain. Fourth, the drawer to the bed side table would not stay closed. Fifth, there was no "do not disturb" tag to hang on the door. Sixth, the wifi in the room didn't work. Seventh, the elevator didn't work (our room was on the 3rd floor). Eighth, in the breakfast area there was a nice-looking yogurt machine, but it didn’t work (of course!). Ninth, to top it all off, when I went up to the room after breakfast, the sounds of a man retching loudly over and over again reverberated through the corridor and were clearly audible in the room. In short: a horrible experience.

The water pressure in the shower was low probably because the fixture only partially diverted the water from the tub to the shower head. Friends staying in other rooms the same day told us that they had the same problem in their rooms, so it seems like a facility wide problem.

The people in our hotel was very rude. I came in at 8:30. Talking about how he is in trouble not to report him saying he been there all day.They didn’t have clean rooms. On thanksgiving the guy that was working that shift told me that. He is not cleaning a room he don’t get paid for that. To go somewhere else I won’t get my refund back. Told me not to feel bad the other people that booked won’t get a refund as well. Had me waiting in the lobby for fours hours .

A few things that need to be improved. There were only just 3 pillows total for my friend & me to use. We each needed 3. But we were unable to have that many for the both of us that first night during our stay. And there wasn’t an extra chair to sit on in our room. We could only sit on our bed. There was a desk chair but we wanted an extra chair to sit on too. And 1 more thing. We were unable to park in the handicapped parking spot because they were blocked off with cones during our stay because of some painting or construction, I guess. But there didn’t seem to be any kind of work that was actually being done there that had called for the handicapped spaces to be blocked. Nobody was working there during our stay there. So I don’t know why those handicapped parking spots were blocked off when we had really needed them. We did enjoy the free breakfast that was provided, tho. It was really great! And the hotel staff was very accommodating & very helpful.

The hotel overall was clean and pretty good for a short-term stay, like a weekend.
