"Mold and mildew on one side of the tub. I dropped something on the bathroom floor and when I went down to pick it up, the floor was dirty. The breakfast was not good. No plates were available, only one small yogurt in the cooler, only sugared cereal selection (Fruit Loops and Frosted Flakes), and coffee machine dispensed some of the worse coffee I’ve ever had for breakfast. The waffles were good but it took two people to dispense the batter in a cup for the waffle iron. No tissues were available...

"The room was nice and clean. It appeared to be recently remodeled with new tile floor, bathroom, sink, and toilet. The air-conditioning and the heat worked well. The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and informative. The room could use thicker window treatment as the outside lights shone through the blinds. Though the toilet was new, it was quite tall and hard for me, a short person, to use. The faucet in the bathroom needs to be tightened down. I would recommend that the owner caulk...

"The room was clean and in good condition. The AC barely worked and what sounded like the fridge was making horrible sounds. The shower head had good pressure but terrible water distribution. Lots of crying kids and barking dogs, and overall just a ton of noise from the hotel systems overall. Bed was pretty comfy and the pillows were great. Main reason for 3 stars overall is due to the excessive noise made by the hotel itself which made it hard to sleep and the AC having a very hard time cooling...

"The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, but the shower was like a fire hose and we couldn’t adjust it. There was no coffee maker in the room so we went to get some at breakfast breakfast which was due to start at 7 but didn't open until almost 7:30 so the lack of caffeine before an early function was a bummer."

"It honestly served its purpose for what we were looking for which is a room to rest our heads at night with heat, a bathroom, and a shower. We spent our entire day out fishing so we did not need somewhere to stay that required to entertain us. My only wish would be a microwave in the room, but there is a microwave available for use in the main room. My only complaint was the propane bottle was empty when looking to use the grill, and staff was called and problem reported but no call back was...

"We booked this place for college graduation weekend at nearby Potsdam. Everything closer to Potsdam was already booked and priced astronomically. We booked in December for May, so well in advance. Exactly 1 week before check-in day I received a phone call from the hotel letting me know that the kitchen was undergoing a renovation and only continental breakfast was served.
