"Honestly, I think this motel deserves a higher rating. We stayed here (family of 6 - with four small children ages 5-10) for a weekend and it was everything we needed and more. The option of using the indoor or outdoor pool was amazing for the kids. They also enjoyed the enclosed playground. The room was actually bigger than we anticipated, and the sofa bed was more comfortable than the one we had at the Hyatt a few months back. The property is a little older, but it's actually charming. The rooms have been updated though. And the free hot breakfast was simple but just what we needed. I'd definitely stay here again."

"Went for a weekend getaway with husband. Property was in horrible shape. The parking lot has spare furniture stacked, the driveway was cracked and pot holes, the room was like a dungeon, the tub was filthy, hair in drain. Room smelled moldy. No restaurant on property. Lobby smelled like urine. Felt very unsafe. Did not stay, drove back home.Very disappointed. "

"Front desk rep was rude to us when we asked a question about the pool area. She was overwhelmed and I get that but she could have been a little more patient with our questions.
Our bathroom was also filthy. Hair all over the shower when we got there. One roll of Toilet paper was 4 squares left yet they folded it over into a point. Just replace it at that point. "

"The maid would vacuum outside my room after asking the front desk if they could wait with my do not disturb sign and not ar 8am. I even asked the maid who didn’t speak English. It never resolved. I got home and was charged 250 for smoking in the room which never happened. Called 4 times and was told to call upper management which I did and never received a call back. "

"I booked this hotel based on its good reviews. After walking in I wondered if it was the right hotel. The lobby and hallways have a lot of wear and tear, needing a good paint job. We saw the floors being cleaned, but they still looked dingy and dirty. I will say the room was better and more updated than the rest of the building and we slept well. The breakfast was average though I couldn’t make myself drink the coffee. Overall we would not stay here again. "
