"We enjoyed our room, which was spacious and very comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and we had plenty of room to spread out. The evening reception was a nice touch, and the pool and hot tub looked nice, but it was too hot while we were there to enjoy them. The hotel itself was very busy. The 3 elevators were not enough for the amount of traffic coming and going. One gentleman told me he had seen 3 elevators come and go but none of them had room for him and his luggage to get down to the lobby. He had been having to use the stairs all week. The air conditioning in our room was not working, which isn't great on days where there was a heat advisory in the area. We had someone come to look at it, but it didn't make a difference. We heard a family the next day say that their AC wasn't working, either. I wish we had more time to enjoy everything available."
