"The description of the room is deceiving. I booked a balcony but there aren't any chairs to sit. The air conditioning in the room was either too hot or too cold Housekeeping didn't replace much and we had to ask at the front desk and I felt the desk worker was rude"

This was a large week for the hotels d/t sporting event near by i had to get another room because A/C did not work. and had to have a handicap room but was not given one as next option diff to handle towels were an issue for A LOt of people the ice machine ..."
