"On Expedia, description says it has a restaurant. It does, but it's not currently operational. You can get a beer, and the Continental breakfast, but that's it. It also lists air conditioning. I can't speak for any room other than the one I had, but it wasn't working. Air conditioning was the reason I booked it. I was told it was in heating mode, and only the manager, who wasn't around, could change it. My room also had no window I could open, only a glass door to the patio and back parking lot....

"The owners were lovely and very welcoming with off road parking provided within the grounds. The whole building was full or character and very stylishly decorated to a high level with a selection of D-day memorabilia and information in the dining room. There was a good breakfast included of Croissant/Pain au Chocolate/Pain au Raisin and bread, preserves and cheese together with hot drinks and juice. "It was a lovely stay. Room was spacious and allowed a space for our kids separate from our own. Host and hostess were great and the breakfast was locally sourced and amazing. Kids enjoyed tossing chew toys in the yard for the dogs to chase. I’m allergic to animals and had no issues in the room as they don’t seem to be allowed inside. "The host family was friendly and very helpful. We had a lovely, comfortable, and well-decorated space. A lot of thought went into the place. We had a lovely breakfast daily. The host was always available to everyone, even though they left you to rest and enjoy. The property is tranquil and peaceful, allowing you to relax. We are delighted and would gladly return; it's value for money. We loved having our French Bulldog, Triptan, stay with us. Thank You - Merci "
