No fans. Also charged me 3 ringgit tourist tax despite having already paid it online. They did not understand the currency conversion. For budget tourists it would be ok but not worth the 130 ringgit off weekend price. Parking is on street and have to buy coupon book for parking"

"Our stay at Nova Hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was unclean, with a strong, unpleasant smell and visible mould on the walls and ceiling. The mould was so severe that our child developed a bad cough during our stay — It was an unhealthy and distressing environment for a family.
This was truly a terrible and unprecedented experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those traveling with children or anyone with health concerns. Only positive thing was the first receptionist was very apologetic and helpful but everything was out of her control.
