As a corner room, it offered breathtaking views over the city, fjord/harbour and mountains, and we were even able to see the aurora from the room when it was active. "Lovely clean room with stunning view. Centrally placed hotel. Staff were friendly, especially the restaurant staff. Breakfast was so good, with plenty to choose from, the fresh breads were amazing. We payed for dinner at the restaurant and cannot fault the buffet or the wine line. Would definitely recommend and stay here again"

"ระบบกุญแจห้องพักไม่ดี ทราบด้วยตนเองว่า ห้องไม่ปิดล็อคเอง เวลาออกจากห้องแล้ว ต้องแตะบัตรอีกรอบ โคมไฟหัวเตียงเสีย แจ้งทางโรงแรมแล้ว ถึงแม้นอน 2 คืน ก็ไม่ได้มาซ่อมให้ ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดเท้าให้ ห้องนำ้เล็ก ทีวีก็ไม่สามารถ cast ได้หรือดู YouTube ไม่ทันสมัยเหมือนที่อื่นๆ อาหารเช้าดี มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย"

"Die top Lage direkt an der Fußgängerzone und das Frühstück, das sehr viel zu bieten hat, haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Wir waren zu dritt und haben ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer bekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte eine große Dusche. Es gab zwar nur wenig Schrankplatz, aber das hat nicht gestört, da genug Platz für die Koffer war. Für Raucher gibt es bei der Lounge übrigens einen Balkon mit Heizstrahlern. Das Personal war auch immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten...

"Hotel location is very good and you can see the sea and Arctic Cathedral and Tronso bridge . Good quality of breakfast and light meal. However , we really disappoint that the bath on the deck are close without noticed and no explanation or anything"

"This hotel is located near the Airport bus stop (5 minutes walking). The hotel staffs are very nice and check in process is very fast. We got the room on level 9. The room is good, clean, nice view. However, the elevator of this hotel is able to go only at 8 floor so we have to carry our baggage to our floor. If you are not sure about your health or you travel with many bags, I would recommend you to ask staff to provide you other floor except 9."

"Staff were absolutely lovely, the room was very good in size and decently clean. The hotel is modest, so fixtures aren’t latest and greatest, but I was very comfortable staying there for 4 nights. The continental breakfast was delicious and totally worth it to start our excursion days fully energised. Would recommend! "

"The bathroom had strong water pressure and a stable water temperature, and the front desk staff were very kind. However, there were several stains on the bed sheets. Also, although the “Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed, the door was still opened, which was a bit surprising"

"Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man fährt in 20 Minuten bis in das Zentrum von Tromsö. Geheizt wird die Wohnung mit Fußbodenheizung. Wir waren im Dezember da bei starken Minustemperaturen und haben ausreichend Wärme gehabt. Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben. Es fehlten, abweichend der Beschreibung, die Mikrowelle und der Wasserkocher. Der Kaminofen funktionierte nur 2 Abende und fing am 3. Abend an zu Qualmen, so das wir Ihn nicht mehr...
