Overall loved our stay! Room was clean, staff were friendly and the area around it was decent! Only issue we had, just a personal issue, the room was on the smaller side. Nothing to complain about but something to be mindful of if you decide to book! Will definitely stay here again, regardless!

The staff there is EXCELLENT, the front desk clerk work efficiently with Expedia to get me in a room at 1130pm after another hotel gave my room away due to my late flight arrival, and Seth the food and bar service attendant was GREAT also, very attentive but not overwhelming. Great hotel to stay at, it's definitely on my list to refer my friends, family and co-workers to stay at when in Springfield.

Quick and easy check in. Staff was friendly. Hotel is very modern/updated. Our room was very clean and the beds/pillows were so soft. The price was also great. I will stay here any chance I get!

Modern, comfortable, good burger place in the lobby, free coffee from a fancy machine w lots of options. Only downside is the property next door which is run down, but I always feel safe when I stay there 1-2 times per month.

This was our first time staying at a Vib hotel and it certainly will not be the last. The Springfield, Mo location exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We were only in town for one night so the cozy room was not an issue for us. Everything was sparkling clean, the room was nice and cool on a hot day, most importantly the bed was clean and comfortable! tthe area to have drinks and hang out at the bar was very nice as well. The bartender was friendly and gave us recommendations of things to do close by and was great company while we were at the bar. The only negative is that the surrounding area is a little sketchy, but we didn’t have any issues at all. I highly recommend staying here!!
