"Very nice new hotel, close to Zion. We loved staying in Springdale, a very quaint, beautiful little town with many great restaurants to choose from. We highly recommend visiting."

"Staff very helpful/pleasant on the whole, as were the grounds. Our room was a strange layout (sink not in the bathroom) and overall was dated. Luckily the scenery made up for it. It wasn’t mentioned until checkout that a parking fee was due. When I stated I felt the fee was unfair, instead of offering a customer-focused solution, I was patronisingly told I should always book direct with the hotel and not hotels.com to avoid this charge. I was very disappointed to be stung with this unexpected fee at the end of our stay. After the staff being so nice, it was a bit of a shock and I felt ripped off. I feel this is a way to get the guest to pay/offset the commission that hotels.com takes from them. I would suggest that if the proprietor would prefer direct bookings, they could remove themselves from 3rd party platforms, however I imagine without this, they would not have secured our business during off peak season in the first place. "
