"Stayed for one night, and everything was fine. Decent location with a nice scenery from our room. Only issue we had, was that the room was smaller than expected and the beds weren’t so comfortable. Glad we only stayed for one night due to the mattresses being really firm."

"This property is not what you would expect from Hyatt. It is VERY dated and needs a total update. First, there was no hot water for 36 hours after we arrived. Mold in the bathroom the for would not close. All the furniture is chipped and scuffed. The lamps had broken switches and did not work. Wallpaper coming of the walls in the hallways.
They did give us a new room after complaining to the front desk. Expedia negotiated a comp for the first night of our 3 day stay."
