Friendly helpful staff. Quiet clean room. Wish they didn’t feel they have to put up a sign at breakfast that says essentially that if you take seconds it will be added to the bill. The sign puts a negative spin on an otherwise friendly atmosphere. The breakfast room is clean but utilitarian and not decorated with taste which is unfortunate because the breakfast offerings were quite good.

Great location in a charmed city!
Excellent location at a reasonable price! Less than a fifteen minute walk from the train station. My room had a lovely view of the green piazza with a fountain and a view of the church steeple. Right at the entry into the historic center. Nice breakfast and kind service.
Right across from the hotel is this beautiful spot!

le stanze un po piccole nel bagno il bidet attaccato al water e quindi non molto comodo. Il proprietario è stato gentile e mi ha fatto parcheggiare al chiuso senza dover pagare nulla.

Bien situé pour la visite
Dommage que le parking soit insuffisant pour le nombre de résident. Obligé de stationner à l'extérieur moyennant paiement. L'hôtel avait été choisi sur le critère parking.

Well Appointed.
Well appointed hotel located conveniently on the north edge of the historic part of town. Clean and modern with a lobby covered in posters highlighting 50+ years of the Spoleto Festival. Nice staff too!

Tutto bene...male la notte.
Buona la posizione, ottima la colazione, discreta la stanza, buona la pulizia, cordiale lo staff . Male la notte, stanza che dava sulla strada molto rumorosa e per mancare alle 07.00 di mattina il campanile della chiesa di fronte che ha suonato per un minuto intero.

Buongiorno Sig. Luciano, ci fa piacere che abbia valutato ottimo il suo soggiorno e ci spiace molto che invece sia stato disturbato per il rumore. Premesso che siamo in centro ed in una piazza ed ovviamente non in luogo decentrato e isolato, Le assicuro che abbiamo preso in seria considerazione questo suo disagio e ci stiamo adoperando in questi giorni con lavori di ristrutturazione soprattutto volti all'isolamento acustico. Pertanto ci auguriamo che voglia nuovamente scegliere l'hotel Clarici per il suo prossimo soggiorno a Spoleto e che possa rimanere pienamente soddisfatto! cordiali saluti, francesca

Old Hotel needs upgrading
We chose this hotel because of the parking, and because it had surprisingly good reviews. Perhaps we got one of the older rooms, but the décor was sparse, the room was old ( and cold) and the hotel was in need of upgrading. The "breakfast" was sparse as well, a few pieces of cheese, some terrible pastries and cereal, and canned juices. I would not recommend this hotel unless nothing else is available. It is however fairly close to the commercial and shopping areas of the newer part of the town of Spoleto.

建物は新しくないが快適に過ごせる室内。 ロケーションも文句無しで早朝に窓から眺める景色は最高！コスパも高い。

Good, but breakfast poor
Hotel overall is pretty good and the reception staff were charming but the breakfast was undoubtedly poor. On site parking is a bonus.

It's all hills in Spoleto (though you can cheat and use the escalators). This hotel was the nearest online to the station, just over 10 mins of gentle climbing into the main square at the foot of the old town hill. Staff were friendly, stored my bag and the room was comfortable with pleasant smelling free toiletries. I didn't bother with breakfast as it required a phone call in the morning (I think as the hotel was quiet they didn't want to put on the full buffet). Would recommend.

Struttura confortevole, non lontana dalla stazione
Una gita gradevole. Dovendo fare la spola con Norcia è una struttura ideale. Inoltre, molto silenziosa, pur essendo in una piazza piuttosto trafficata.

City Centre Hotel
Hotel Clarici wasa comfortable hotel. The front of the hotel overlooks the main square. The upside of my room at the front is that it had a balcony; the downside was that the sound of the traffic was noticeable but not TOO loud. But I always bring foam earplugs when I stay at hotels, so no problem. The Room was basic + small but comfortable, bathroom facilities were fine and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Good hotel in Spoleto
Excellent location. The wifi sometimes does not work. The staff speaks little english. Breakfast is simple but good. 10 min far away from city centre and from railway stn.
