Friendly helpful staff. Quiet clean room. Wish they didn’t feel they have to put up a sign at breakfast that says essentially that if you take seconds it will be added to the bill. The sign puts a negative spin on an otherwise friendly atmosphere. The breakfast room is clean but utilitarian and not decorated with taste which is unfortunate because the breakfast offerings were quite good.

Struttura posta in centro a Spoleto, con parcheggio comodissimo, adiacente alla stessa. Portieri professionali e disponibili alle richieste del cliente. Unica pecca , un bagno veramente minuscolo. buona la colazione.

Great location in a charmed city!

Excellent location at a reasonable price! Less than a fifteen minute walk from the train station. My room had a lovely view of the green piazza with a fountain and a view of the church steeple. Right at the entry into the historic center. Nice breakfast and kind service.
Right across from the hotel is this beautiful spot!

le stanze un po piccole nel bagno il bidet attaccato al water e quindi non molto comodo. Il proprietario è stato gentile e mi ha fatto parcheggiare al chiuso senza dover pagare nulla.

Well Appointed.

Well appointed hotel located conveniently on the north edge of the historic part of town. Clean and modern with a lobby covered in posters highlighting 50+ years of the Spoleto Festival. Nice staff too!

Tutto bene...male la notte.

Buona la posizione, ottima la colazione, discreta la stanza, buona la pulizia, cordiale lo staff . Male la notte, stanza che dava sulla strada molto rumorosa e per mancare alle 07.00 di mattina il campanile della chiesa di fronte che ha suonato per un minuto intero.

Old Hotel needs upgrading

We chose this hotel because of the parking, and because it had surprisingly good reviews. Perhaps we got one of the older rooms, but the décor was sparse, the room was old ( and cold) and the hotel was in need of upgrading. The "breakfast" was sparse as well, a few pieces of cheese, some terrible pastries and cereal, and canned juices. I would not recommend this hotel unless nothing else is available. It is however fairly close to the commercial and shopping areas of the newer part of the town of Spoleto.
