Good location in Spoleto with adequate parking. Room was quickly made up— items like soap missing and floor was not dusted. Few outlets and desk staff sometimes just not there but when present, they were helpful. It’s more of a business meeting place.

A nice facility, but a little far, at least for walking, from the center of Spoleto. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and plentiful breakfast. Highly recommended.

Il servizio e l'accoglienza è stata eccezionale. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del modo in cui è stato allestito l'hotel, offrendo una cosa diversa che apprezzo in quanto ovunque tu guardi c'e un'opera d'arte che da un carattere unico. Gli spazi sono grandi e le camere sono accoglienti e presentano tutte le necessità per un'ottima permanenza. La piscina insieme al cortile è bella ma non sembra presentare cloro. La colazione ha molta scelta di bevande e cibi vario tra il salato e il dolce che prepara bene alla giornata.

Una struttura incentrata sul concept Arte, davvero ben curata con alcune opere, esposte all'interno, molto interessanti. La location ha una posizione strategica per Spoleto ma non solo, facilità di spostamento per le realtà vicine. Personale di servizio davvero efficiente e gentile. Con la mia famiglia viaggiamo parecchio. Ma sinceramente è la prima volta che ci capita che in camera cambino le federe dei guanciali tutte le mattine, oltre al consueto cambio di lenzuola dopo due-tre giorni. Nel complesso tutta la struttura è sicuramente "positiva".

Dated and not to friendly.

We did not enjoy our stay due to: -the front desk and restaurant staff weren't too friendly compared to other places we stay during our time in Italy. -parking lot was full when we arrived, and we were forced to stay on the paid public parking, yet we found the garage fee on our statement. -no iron is available in the room. Guests need to pay for ironing (2 Euro per piece!!!) -might be covid related, but the hotel utilized a very bizarre breakfast ordering system. Guestrooms were a bit dated but very clean. The location was great, though, and art pieces spread around helped to keep the place current. Overall we do not recommend this place.
