great valet parking, check in took a bit of time because there were several wedding parties checking in at the same time, love the hotel, great location, easy walking distance to or event wanted to eat in the Palm Lounge for breakfast but they were a bit overwhelmed so we went elsewhere

Spokane Boutique Hotel
The handle of my shower fell off when I turned the shower on but I was able to make it work. I wasn't able to make the coffee maker work. For the first hour of breakfast the coffee wasn't out yet.
