Montvale Hotel
This hotel has a second floor sitting area, the rooms were quite large, and it was comfortable. Only drawbacks are the blinds do not quite block out the morning light, and the parking lot on site is small. There is a larger one a block away that you can use when this one is full.

Beautiful hotel- we really enjoyed staying here and enjoying the history of the hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool and the proximity to restaurants. We would stay here again.

Spokane Boutique Hotel
We left to early for breakfast so not sure what they had. Staff were awesome. Bathroom was not finished. Looks like they got interrupted and left the room and forgot to come back and finish. The rest of the room was clean. Slept well. Noise was minimal
