"Friendly staff."

"Finding the hotel by car was little difficult as it is some distance down a lane from the town but should be easy with App Waze. There was lots of space around the hotel for safe parking. The reception was very friendly and helpful in this modern hotel, very fresh, spacious and clean. We had great evening meal in the restaurant and good breakfasts in their paved, enclosed patio area. Great location for visiting Llubliana and Bled and good jumping off point for Postojna. Highly recommend the...

"I would not recommend this place. Receptionist met us when we arrived. Told us there was staffing issues at their hotel in Blef. Gave us the code to the front doorand a number to call for emergencies. We went to dinner, came back at 930pm. There was not lights on inside or outside the hotel. We had the only car in the parking lot. We made our way up to the front door and had to find out where the light switches were. We fell on the steps . DEFINITELY A SAFETY ISSUE. We walked around the hotel...

"The surrounding area is very beautiful and the hotel looks very nice inside and outside. Bohinj is a lot nicer than Bled. Our room was a decent size. However, it was let down by a lack of practicality. E.g, there’s insufficient wardrobe and drawer space for two guests. There’s nowhere to open and store your luggage. In the bathroom, there aren’t any shelves or places to put your toiletries and no hooks to hang towels. They don’t have proper air conditioning, so I expect it gets extremely hot...

"The owner was lovely, as were rest of the staff. We had a warm welcome and a tour of our room prior to check-in. The Superior room was incredible. Really nicely furnished, clean, plenty of complimentary amenities. We had an amazing meal in the evening - one of the nicest we've had in Slovenia, followed by an equally enjoyable breakfast. "Staff could not be anymore polite or helpful. Room 107 spacious and clean. Hotel nice and tidy. We did not use gym or spa however nice to have available."

"This guest house is absolutely unique - it has an atmosphere of a hut in the woods, and it is actually in the woods. on the way, you pass by an ancient castle, which we loved to explore. At the guesthouse we received one of the best meals we ever had, so special and so well made! Finally, the rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the common dining room is quite interesting and very cozy. "There's no question the location is absolutely stunning on the shores of lake bled. Directly looking across at the castle. Absolutely amazing views. The property itself is very old. The buffet side of the breakfast has plenty of fruit and pastries. They imply like you could order something except for all of the wait staff completely avoids you. The interactions at the restaurant were the same you see people there so you know they're not doing anything but almost impossible to flag anybody down...
