In old town, a 5 minute walk from the waterfront or Diocletian palace. Innumerable restaurants, shops, markets, 2 minutes from the fish market. Good and reasonable restaurant right next door.

Perfect location in the Old Town area, steps from restaurants and shops, minutes from the Riva, yet the property is so quiet and peaceful. Lovely courtyard in front with table and chairs under olive trees. Our room had its own patio which was perfect for relaxing after a busy day of touristing. Our room was cozy but with enough room for two of us to be quite comfortable for the several days that we were there. Good WiFi, great A/C, good sized fridge, kitchenette with everything we needed. Staff were friendly and very accomodating. Highly recommend! We will stay there again if we return to Split!

This is the perfect spot to explore Split on foot from. The rooms are comfortable with good air conditioning. There are many dining options nearby, as well as lots of sight-seeing and tourism spots to explore.

Very nice option in the heart of the old town minutes away from Diocletian’s palace. Super friendly staff and easy check in/out. Parking is a challenge but can be found 10 minutes away.

Great spot!

Lovely little spot right in the heart of Old town split! Just a few steps away from great restaurants and all of the sites. We were there during a heat wave, and the air conditioning was fabulous in our room! Anna Maria at the front desk was lovely and gave us lots of tips on places to go and things to do while we were in town.

Such a comfortable room near the center of Old Town Split! We stayed in August on a very hot night, but it was cool and pleasant with great A/C! Highly recommend!

Only problem is no front desk until 2pm and then behind an unlabelled door. In fact no plaque anywhere to identify the apartment and VERY difficult to find. Had to ask neighboring business and only one had a clue. Otherwise quiet and well situated.

I would definitely recommend this small apartment. The location was perfect, clean, quiet, safe. My only negative comment is the kitchen was useless, but it did have a nice fridge.

We very arrived early to the city and our hotel was not ready, contacted this property and they had a room gor quick rest. I didn’t expect much, but the room was just beautiful and extremely comfortable. Exceeded our expectations ♥️

Theatre Luxury Rooms is a fantastic property, conveniently located in center of Split. Walking distance to all the attractions as well as the bus station and the ferry port. The hotel itself is quaint, clean, and well managed. The staff member I encountered, Anna Maria, was very friendly and accommodating. Could not have asked for a better experience. I liked this hotel so much I stayed there on two separate occasions. Highly recommend this hotel!

The front desk staff was very attentive. The room was compact but clean and fresh. We really enjoyed our stay there... including the patio seats outside and how quiet it was inside the walls and yet just a step out to all that the Old Town had to offer. We would definitely go back.

The hotel was in a great location and staff was friendly. However, no one was there upon our arrival (we had to wait 30 min and finally called) and although they advertise “luggage storage” there was no such facility. Instead they said on the phone to just leave it by the desk which had no security. The washing machine in our room was also broken. They did offer to reimburse us if we went to a laundromat which was nice but at that point we didn’t have time and would’ve preferred to be reimbursed on our booking. They also could’ve told us when we got there… The room was a bit quirky and rundown on the first floor around back (not like the photos at all) but it was decent and had what we needed. Floors could’ve used a mop… Pros: air conditioning, full fridge, good wifi, outdoor terrace area, good location. Would book again if we got a good deal but not the best experience.

Room was cosy. Kettle supplied to make a cuppa. Plus for me. Very close to everything. About 10min walk from airport bus shuttle dropoff. Everything was clise supermarket restaurants. Really the perfect location.

We chose to have a junior studio, which had its own patio, which was very nice to sit out on with a drink in the evening. Room was very well appointed and had everything in it that you could possibly want. Anna at reception was very welcoming - even came to meet us when our taxi dropped us off near the hotel - and helpful. She is only there from 2-9 pm, so reception is not staffed outside of those hours, but she is easily contactable by phone if needed. Accommodation is accessed through a door using a code, so it's very secure.

Easy walk to everything

I would stay here again. Well located, easy to walk places yet quiet at night. “Luxury “ a bit of exaggeration but clean and neat, had a small fridge. Bed comfortable. Lots of places to eat very close. 20-minutes walk to beach. Historic area 5-minutes walk. Our only problem was that no one was available at 2pm for our check in, and it was very hot outside, we were tired, and we couldn’t drop off luggage. Two employees arrived 2:20 and after that, all went smoothly. Luka was especially helpful.
