"Absolutely loved this property!!! The proprietor, “Falcon”, was amazing!! The apartment was clean and well appointed as well as in a great location! Falcon was extremely kind and helpful in recommending things to do and places to eat! Lots of great restaurants nearby as well as close proximity to excursions. Whenever we return to Split, we hope to book this property again."

"It is a lovely little villa in Split ! Very easy to walk everywhere from there . The staff sent many emails for information and guidance . The breakfast was delicious and the lady working at the breakfast was so nice ! It’s a lot of stairs for luggage so if you aren’t capable of carrying bags you need to arrange for help but it was a lovely stay !"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The host was super helpful, welcoming, and made everything easy for us. We had a great night at her place and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!"

"Convenient location in the old town. Four flights walk up. Room was clean. The best was a little soft. Overall, an avearage stay."

"Luxury is a bit of a stretch; however, the stay was good and had (mostly) what we needed. The room was clean, but the bed was not made.. so we were left thinking all we had was a thin sheet each. There were a little bit thicker blankets in the closet. They have a mini fridge (but it's hidden). Hot water ran out really fast (like reeeeeeally fast). AC needs to be cleaned because it makes a ticking noise. All in all, though, it worked for what we needed during our short stay in Croatia."

"The room was not clean We had to pay cash (first time paying cash - a big amount of money) not fun at all The bed wasn’t comfortable at all Good location"

"The bathroom was very spacious and had a heated floor! AC worked very well in the room, smaller rooms but had everything we needed. Within walking distance to Old Town and many good food spots and shopping. Breakfast was good and they can make omelets upon request. Hosts were very friendly!"

"An absolute lifesaver! I showed up late at night with very little notice, and they welcomed me in without missing a beat. As a solo female traveler, safety and comfort are everything, and I felt completely safe, cared for, and looked after from the moment I arrived. The host was exceptionally friendly and kind. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and the air conditioning was a massive relief. To top it all off, the breakfast was wonderful, and they even stored my luggage for me...

"The property is close to old city andpublic beach to swim. It is also walking distance to the Best Restaurnt in Split named LAF. The beakfast is not very impressive. Do not leave anything tasty on the ground, the ants will be there in a few minutes. You need to go up by stairs since no elevator. Parking fee or anything else must be paid cash."
