Great communication with the host, quiet area, very spacious and close to great restaurants. It's not in the city center, but is a short walk there and is close to a Uber pick up point. I highly recommend this place.

Really nice room. Not a great walk up look from the road side, but a really nice area on the residential side. Easy acess to the palace area and shops. Good size, AC, small kitchen area, good size private bathroom . Upstairs loft is really only good for kids, but opens up the room. As with most spots in Croatia, payment is cash or direct payment only. Host was very helpful with this and with all other requests. Overall great spot . Highly recommended.

Excellent clean accommodation in a good location. Easy enough to find although parking nearby is a problem. I had to find a car park around 20 mins walk away which charged 25 euros per day so bear that in mind if you have a car. 10 min walk to the old town but accommodation was quite and safe. Comfortable bed and very clean and tidy.

Check in process was amazing, Margareta is very helpful and friendly! Room was very clean, and location is great! Walking distance to old town, the beach and more. The only thing I wish is that it had more natural lighting inside. There are window shutters and maybe I just didn’t know how to open them properly ! But would highly recommend this place :)

Anfitriã muito atenciosa, nos atendeu sempre que precisamos, mas infelizmente a Internet oscilava muito, praticamente ficamos sem em todo período que estivemos hospedados. A limpeza também deixou muito a desejar.

The location of this apartment is exceptional! You’re less than 10 minutes away from old town and the Riva and 8 minutes away from the nearest beach. You also have a supermarket that’s 5 minutes away and a restaurants and lots and lots of bakeries all around you. We really enjoyed our stay here and communication with Margareta was excellent! My only recommendation would be for the AC unit to be turned on before guest arrived. It took an entire day for the unit to become comfortable in temperature. Especially during the summer months this would make a huge improvement, especially since check in is at 3 pm. Other than that I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great accomodation. Apartment had plenty of space and was comfortable. Small kitchette which had everything we needed to cook a meal one of the nights. Great location and walking distance to everything you want to see and do in Split old town.

Very close to old town split. Upon checking in we were given a map with local hot spots and restaurant recommendations that proved to be very helpful. Checkout was easy and we plan on suggesting Split Oasis to any of our friends that plan on visiting Split

Modern fräsch studio för 2

Fräsch modern studio för 2. Fantastiskt bemötande och Mate som checkade in oss hade massor med bra tips om restauranger, stränder och utflykter. Vi använde oss av flera av hans tips och blev mycket nöjda. Boendet ligger perfekt på en lugn bakgata. Nära till sandstränder och på gångavstånd till gamla stan. Snyggt och fräscht litet kök och badrum. Lite hårda sängar men rekommenderas varmt.

Great location less than 10-minute walk to the Palace, Green Market, and bus station, five minutes to Tommy market. Mate and Andrea were easy to communicate with and very cordial. Mate met us the apartment and showed us the area with a map of helpful shops and resources.

Prime location and nice apartment

We stayed three nights at Split Oasis apartment. We got a room 3. The property is in a very convenient location, withing a walking distance from bus and train stations. About 10 minute walk from both. Also Riva street and the Diolectian palace are right next door as well as Bacvice beach. The bed was very good and there is a sofa bed which is also good to sleep. Remember to ask extra bed sheets if you intend to use it. They have them but were not readily available in the room. Generally our stay was very pleasant. Only thing preventing me to give more stars was that inside this room which was right under the roof the air conditioning was not powerful enough during 30 celsius outside weather to keep the room cold enough. The large water boiler in closet was also contributing with its large heat load and poorly insulated door.

Really good place to stay, price was reasonable and everything were just as described! The host were really active and helpful, gave good guidance and tips about Split! Awesome experience

Sehr modern, ruhig und sauber. In der Nähe vom Zentrum (Zu Fuss 3min) Kontaktperson freundlich, pünktlich und Hilfsbereit.

It was my 1st time in Croatia. Upon arrival, we were met by Andrea, who I assume is one of the property managers. She was very informative and helpful in helping us settle in. Overall, her communication with us was beyond helpful. She was available for almost any question and responded respectfully and promptly to our questions; she also went beyond herself and shared information on where we could get COVID tests for our return flights apart from our request. The apartment itself fit our needs. Freezing A/C was nice. Reasonably sized bed, small dining area and bathroom gave us all we needed. There were very minor hiccups, such as towels appearing to have light stains, as well as the bedsheets, but nothing Andrea didn’t solve immediately. The kitchen refrigerator was small but it provided enough storage for basic items like milk, eggs, butter. Cabinet space was adequate but not many dishes to use, therefore, you’ll be washing dishes frequently to use them for meals. Again, not a big deal but just something we noticed after being there a few hours. Plenty of places to eat in the area, tons of things to do especially if you go towards the palace. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d do it all over again without hesitation.
