"Great location for my trip to Culebra, clean, nice room, excellent king bed, but the property should have better parking and also they should have breakfast available."

"The power went out twice which made it hard to sleep because the place doesn’t have generators and the AC unit wasn’t working. There was a snake outside our room. The dogs barked too much. When we reached out to the host they didn’t have a solution to the problem. They didn’t provide flashlight or water. The water was running very low and many who stayed ended ip checking out. "

"I have been here three times now I had a couple of problems. No hot water, one of the rooms we booked had no shower curtain so my brother had to keep mopping the floor in his bathroom after every shower, and the food isn’t as good as it used to be."

"This was a perfect location to stay if you are doing a bioluminescence bay tour- walking distance! Condo had everything we needed and was perfect. Owner was highly responsive and even allowed for an easy early check in. The only complaint we had was the local neighborhood rooster who woke us up starting at 3:30AM. Other than that, perfect stay! "Nice hotel but there was water damage in our room from the water going everywhere when people shower. Breakfast was simple, just cereal, waffle maker, and toast. They do supply bottled water, which we appreciated. Not insulated very well from noise. The frogs were very loud but I found it to be quite peaceful- my issue was the person staying below us out on the balcony all night talking loudly and smoking weed. Obviously, that is not the fault of the property but better sound insulation is...

"I picked the Surfing Turtle based upon positive reviews but I definitely didn’t have a good experience. I guess someone has to draw the short straw. That was me - my room faced the very BUSY and LOUD road that was about 4 feet from the door. The loud music from nearby clubs went on late into the night. " This place was even better than my expectations. Photos online were accurate and even better and person. Everything was super clean and in working order. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook, even stocked with spices, coffee and such. The bed and pillows were super comfy. "Staff was great no usable beach. The lights from the pool next-door extremely distracting.The Air Conditioner broke the first night, but was immediately fixed the next day. Bathroom very outdated."
