"Lovely clean comfortable hotel. Good for the price in Belfast. Easy 18 minutes walk to centre. There is public options close by. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Room lovely and comfortable with fridge kettle tea coffee biscuits hairdryer iron & board toiletries tissues. But no air con and rather hot in august. Fan supplied on request. "Great hotel, friendly helpful staff with clean rooms. Breakfast was great too. Hotel is a bit further away from the main bar/restaurant area of Belfast than others however 5-10 minute walk so cant complain we knew about this as weve stayed here before and will do again."

"Had a good stay hotel staff very friendly and nice, bar staff very unfriendly namely the food and beverage supervisor seemed like he didn’t want to be there standing behind the bar and not serving customers or picking and choosing who to serve first needs to be retrained on customer service and be more welcoming. This happened on the 15/8/25 and I think it could be a reason the bar was quiet at that time."
