By 7 PM, we had to contact Expedia after already messaging the property the day before, as we still hadn’t received any check-in details. The property did not provide a contact number or explain that check-in instructions required guests to contact the host via WhatsApp before arrival. "Overall, the room I had was clean and comfortable. The toilet seat was a little bit loose, and the shower could have been cleaner, but for the price it was a good value."

"Great location, 2 mins walk to bus and train station. 10min walk to main attractions. Self check in from 4pm but as the keys are in keybox, they are there once room is ready. I could gain access at 1.30pm. Good communication pre trip. Instructions for self check in are very accurate and easy to follow"
