Cleaning staff need to be educated and people at reception also need to be educated to be nice with people with different origins"

"A hidden gem of a hotel. Beautiful building nestled in a quiet residential area. Well situated for access to the station and rest of the city. Rooms are modern, comfortable and clean, decorated and fitted to a high standard. Triple room was spacious and perfect for 2 adults and a teenager. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant so maybe not for you if that’s needed. You can pre order breakfast to be served to you table in the beautiful bar area - we preferred to go out. "Good place to stay, clean and good service, very comfortable beds, place is clean, and the breakfast was also really good, eggs and pancakes, a lot of other options like yogurt, fresh fruits, jam and chocolate spreads, decent cup of coffee, it’s nice to have oat-milk option. Only thing is next to the hotel is a little dirty, and the elevator to the bus-stop smells."
