Pleasant stay. Apparment new, clean, spacious, with view to the countryside. Kitchenette well equiped with large fridge and microwave. Available laundry and gym at the premises. Super market, restaurants and bars all within 5 min walking range. Bed a bit hard for us. Breakfast a bit basic. Overall a good stay. Recommended for families.

Pietro was excellent, he made sure we had everything we needed. In the Expedia description it said we would have a microwave, oven top and kettle. When we arrived we had a kettle. Pietro immediately got us a microwave that was also an oven. He supplied us with plates, bowls and cutlery. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant. The breakfast every morning was delicious with a wide variety of items to choose from. It’s a beautiful and extremely clean hotel. I would highly recommend it. I just wished it had a restaurant because there was really only one good restaurant in town.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel had very good facilities (e.g. a laundry). We had a room at the ground level with garden access which was quiet and cool. The staff was very friendly and always tried to help. What we missed a little bit, were some space for storing of clothes and luggage (there were only four hangers). There was also only one chair in the room which was officially declared as a three-bed-room. But all in all we were very satisfied.

A falak papírvékonyak. Ezt tudják is , mivel a házirendben benne van, hogy 11 után tilos hangoskodni. Ennek ellenére ezt nem tartják be. Aludni csak hajnal 2 után tudtunk, mikor a szomszéd nyugovóra tért. Sajnos a zuhanyzás is egy Niagara vízesésnek hallható. A nyílászárók sziget éltek, ezét az ablakon folyik a pára a hálóban. Ez egy aszthmásnak elviselhetetlen . A személyzet készséges. A parkolás megoldott.

Bien situé et confortable

Appartement familial confortable. Pratique avec une salle de gym et une buanderie (étape qui permet de gérer facilement le linge de la famille quand on fait un périple un peu long). Logement pas très loin de Sienne et autres sites de Toscane. Personnel adorable : merci à toute l'équipe
