"Room was filled with mosquitoes"

"I can't say enough about this property...what a gem! We toured Italy for 8 days and this was our favorite stay. The property is STUNNING. The staff is extremely helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was hot with fantastic pressure. (It's amazing what a good shower can do for you!) Our room had a balcony that over looked the grounds. We were met by some of their feline staff outside lol. I'm an animal lover, so that was a plus! This property is in the middle of an olive...

"Clean room, great breakfast with a good selection we would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the property"

"This hotel was for a short stay before our flight home. The staff were very helpful with our check in process. Prior to our arrival I requested an airport shuttle for 4am the following day, and the organization and pick up were seamless. The staff were consistently attentive and helpful, including housekeeping, front desk, etc. Great service."

"Uncomfortable beds. Room decor needs updating."

"Beautiful room. Convenient location. Very clean, and it had a large jacuzzi tub !!"

Cleanliness, comfort, and security should be the bare minimum for any hotel, and this place failed on all fronts. Extremely...

"Nice clean room. Parking a little challenging, Good breakfast. Host Francesco was very nice. Thank you!"

"Not a good massage. I asked for a wake up call and never got one. The person at the desk argued with me when I told him that. I ordered a hamburger in the restaurant and there was no bun with it."

"Breakfast and the host."

"Personnel de la réception peu serviable , La piscine n’était pas en fonctionnement Les parasols étaient hors service malgré un fort ensoleillement. Aucun lieu à l’extérieur pour prendre un repas car l’hôtel est en préparation de saison d’été! Ventilation de salle de bain défectueuse ! Les extérieurs de l’hôtel sont bien entretenus et le parc est très beau. Le nouveau responsable très sympathique de cette grosse structure s »est excusé des désagréments et promet d’améliorer. Le restaurant au...
