"Comfortable, clean room & really nice fitness room"

"Nice location and decent hotel overall. There were some issues but overall I would stay here again. I like the available amenities including the patio, restaurant/bar (though it closes super early), and the items available to borrow/rent. The staff were nice enough and helpful. I liked the location and found it to be pretty convenient. The bed and bedding were comfortable. However, there were some obvious signs of wear and tear in the room. One of our bathroom towels had a large hole in it and our rooms fire alarm malfunctioned our second night so they had to move us to another room. They gave us a $30 discount (waived one night of the amenity fee) but that did not feel like an appropriate adjustment for the annoyance and inconvenience of having the fire alarm go off when we were already in bed and then having to call the desk, wait on them to arrive, wait on them to find us a new room and get the keys, and then pack up and move all our stuff into a new room. "

"I slept well here and the staff was very helpful! I loved the complimentary bottle of wine and coffee! In the evenings there was a nice wine and cheese hour from 5-6. This is a nice location for Amtrak traveling and also it’s an easy walk to downtown transit! It’s a happening neighborhood! The staff really went all out to help make my stay amazing!"

"We came to Portland for a concert at Moda Center. Hotel was in good location for taking the TriMet to concert venue. Valet was very helpful with directions & recommendations of good restaurants. Room itself was small & had a stale odor but was clean."

"Charged us a smoking fee for zero reason at all, there is no damage or even any evidence of smoking and now randomly charged my card another $50 and $4 on my card. Will never stay here again "
