Firstly the location is great if you need something downtown & convenient. They offer valet which is super easy to use for unlimited in & out without stressing about finding parking. All the employees from the valet to the bar to the hotel itself were extremely kind. The vibe is immaculate as well. The bar downstairs offers a drink ticket with your room & a wonderful lounge area. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a downtown place without a crazy large room needed.

parking sucked but i got lucky finding street parking right across the street for the 5 days i was there. staff were amazing ! big shout out to jake he was very helpful and sweet! my room was great only down fall was how thin the walls were, i got a noise complaint from simple watching a show on my phone.

I got my car broken into sadly within a 3 hour period of street parking, however the staff extended our stay, vacuumed the glass in our car out and gave us drink tickets for the inconvenience. The locations proximity to things like stumptown, Powells books etc is great and the staff is so nice. The hotel has a design flaw though and the walls are paper thin. Fortunately, they realize this and they have white noise machines in every room. They also have black out curtains. The rooms are a little bare bones but I appreciated those two things in comparison to some other Portland hotels that were higher end doing nothing for noise

If you’re a tap to pay person, bring your physical cards. they don’t have tap. Other than that, everything else is great!! The bar is a really neat area to chill at. The thai food place that’s located in it is decent as well. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and decent.

The hotel and location are great. The staff was ok. I was disappointed when I arrived early and my room was ready but informed they invoke a $25 fee for early check-in. Never had this happen in all my travels. He waived it “since I’m a Marriott rewards member.” It just all sounded made up!
