"Very clean, modern and fun room design, my daughter loved the bunk beds! The pool and other amenities like the barbeques were great! Staff were super friendly and the hotel was right on the beach. Close to Fort Myers for entertainment but in a more peaceful, exclusive spot with a nicer beach, perfect for families."

But the apartment itself and the building it’s in were both terrific. Really enjoyed it. The amenities in the building were fantastic. "We enjoyed our time at the resort. Everything was great except very noisy when trying to sleep. We could hear the guests next to our room snoring and the people above us were terribly loud. Foot stomping back and forth yelling TV loud and more foot stomping back and forth. We're both exhausted from very little to no sleep "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, although room service was a bit underserved and we went a few days without any clean towels or trash removal. The breakfast buffet was also depleted fairly quick and utensils and plates were scarce. "

"The staff was friendly and welcoming. We thorougly enjoyed the spacious room and comfortable bed. The additional sink across from the bathroom offered a welcome space for doing ne's hair and applying makeup. The breakfast was delicious although it could have been warmer. The food at the restaurant was also very good, the pies were scrumptous!"

"This was the worst hotel experience I've ever encountered in my 63 years on earth. The desk clerk actually stopped checking us in to help a lady she knew instead, then said I needed patience. I told her "sorry, but I didn't have much left". She then said if I didn't then I'd have to leave. I'd already paid. At this point I said "look, just check us in and be done" to which she replied "get out of my hotel". I asked for a refund and she said "you're going to have a long wait". I asked her name, manager's name, contact info...she refused all. I told her I'd need something showing there's a refund. She refused. I asked her to call the manager, again refused. Then I told her to call the cops, I needed something official to show that I just didn't do a no-show. Finally contacted the manager the next day as well as corporate. The manager said he'd get back to me that day and corporate said 24-48 hours. That was 3 days ago.....crickets. Unfortunately this will be my last stay at IHG for me and my company. I can't subject anyone else to the potential of this happening again."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. However could use updating and a renovation as the rooms furnishing was older and not in the best condition, carpet in the hallways are worn and stained. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Overall it’s ok for a few day stay we had for a family member’s funeral, but I would use it for a vacation. "
